Dukaan to table is what happens when the people behind the counter bring their curation to your doorstep. This started the way most good things do, around food and some wine, with friends. We running into the same frustration: the best things from India were either impossible to find or buried so deep online you'd give up before you got there. So we built the Dukaan we always wanted. Viraj spent his career in hospitality, from Jean-Georges to Blue Bottle to Cha Cha Matcha, always knowing what good looks like before anyone else did. Arjun has been acting and telling stories for over twenty years and finally found one worth building out physically, and I, Varsha, have been cooking, styling, and tasting my way through South Asian food my whole life, and built ImleeKitchen before any of this existed. Together we run Fontainhas and Fonty's in New York City and now we have Dukaan to Table. Handpicked. A little obsessive. Genuinely excited about what ends up on your shelf.
