Dukaan to Table is a premium subscription and curated marketplace. For $65 a month, members receive a monthly Dukaan Box — a handpicked selection of South Asian pantry staples, artisanal snacks, and home essentials delivered straight to your door. Each box is centered around a rotating monthly theme, curated entirely by us.

Why should I join the membership?

Beyond the convenience of doorstep delivery, our members get exclusive access to small-batch products, significant savings compared to retail prices, and the story behind the maker for every item included.

How are these products different from what's in supermarkets?

We skip the mass-market aisles. We source specifically from small businesses, heritage artisans, and modern South Asian brands that you won't find in a typical grocery store. Every item is chosen for its quality, authenticity, and unique flavor profile.

What kind of products do you carry?

Do you offer subscription boxes?

Yes! Every month, we curate a Dukaan Box around a rotating theme — think Chai, Coffee, Pantry, Munchy, or Self-Care. The theme changes monthly and may cross over between categories. You subscribe and we take care of the rest. Boxes cannot be customized, but you can pause or cancel anytime.

Can I choose what goes in my box?

The beauty of Dukaan to Table is the discovery. We curate every box for you based on our monthly theme — no selections required. Trust us, that's the fun part.

Can I purchase past boxes?

To keep the Dukaan to Table experience fresh and seasonal, each box is exclusively curated for that specific month. The best way to ensure you never miss a curation is to join our monthly membership.

How do I place my order?

Visit our Monthly Ritual page and click the Subscribe button to complete checkout. Once you're signed up, your first box will be queued for the next available shipping cycle.

Can I send Dukaan to Table as a gift?

Absolutely! Our boxes make beautiful gifts. You can add a personalized note at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working to bring the Dukaan experience to our global community — stay tuned.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $65, exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and zip code. Simply enter your delivery details and select the shipping option that works for you.

How long does shipping take?

Once your monthly box is dispatched, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.

When do boxes ship?

We pack and dispatch boxes three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 9am and 4pm. Delivery timing after dispatch depends on your carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and your location. You'll receive an email notification 48 hours before your box leaves our fulfillment center.

Will my box come with tracking?

Yes. As soon as your box leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive an automated email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your table.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent immediately after purchase. If you don't see it, check your Promotions or Spam folder. If you still haven't received it, email us at hello@dukaantotable.com and we'll help.

What are the box dimensions?

Our Dukaan Boxes are 12" x 12" x 6". They are designed to be sturdy enough to protect artisanal glass jars and delicate items in transit.

My box arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry! While we pack every box with care, transit can be rough. Please take a photo of the damaged items and the box itself, and email them to hello@dukaantotable.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received my box.

Occasionally, carriers mark packages as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before they actually arrive. If it still hasn't appeared after one business day, check with neighbors or your building manager. If it's still missing, email us at hello@dukaantotable.com and we will help you track it down and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

3. PREFERENCES & DIETARY NEEDS

I have allergies. Can I omit certain items from my box?

Our boxes are pre-curated and we are unable to swap individual items. If you have specific allergy concerns, please email us at orders@dukaantotable.com before subscribing and we'll respond within 48 hours to help you determine whether our current box is suitable for you.

Are the products vegetarian-friendly?

The vast majority of our selections are vegetarian. If you have specific dietary requirements, please reach out to us at orders@dukaantotable.com before subscribing and we'll be happy to advise on the current box contents.

4. ACCOUNT & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT

How can I change my delivery address or payment details?

You can update your shipping address, credit card info, or contact details anytime through your Member Dashboard. Changes must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to apply to that month's box.

I changed my address. How do I make sure my box goes to the right place?

Update your address via your Member Dashboard. Please ensure all changes are made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to guarantee your next box reaches your new home.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in USD. If you pay with a non-US card, your bank may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.

5. ORDERS & RETURNS

Can I replace items that broke in transit?

Yes. If an item arrives broken or unusable, we will send a replacement immediately, subject to availability. If that item is out of stock, we'll provide a store credit or a comparable substitute.

Can I cancel my order once it's been placed?

Because we curate our inventory based on member counts, once a monthly box has been processed for shipping it cannot be canceled. However, you can cancel your upcoming month's subscription at any time — just make sure to do so at least 7 days before your next ship date.

I didn't like what I received. Can I return it?

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns. However, your feedback matters to us. If a product didn't meet your expectations or arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@dukaantotable.com so we can make it right.

What is your refund policy?

Because our boxes contain perishable food items, we do not offer refunds or returns once a box has shipped. However, if there is a quality issue or a mistake on our part, we are committed to making it right. Reach out to us at hello@dukaantotable.com.

6. SUBSCRIPTION FLEXIBILITY

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?

Yes! If you're traveling or need a break, you can pause your subscription via your Member Dashboard. Please note: you cannot pause for two consecutive months, and the maximum cumulative pause is 6 months. Make sure to hit Pause before the 1st of the month for it to apply to that cycle.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 7 days before your next scheduled ship date.

How do I deactivate my subscription?

We'll be sad to see you go! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Member Dashboard.
