A Dukaan to Table original.
Kapi is the original Indian word for coffee; from before India became a chai country. We named it as an ode to that history and to the way coffee was always meant to be made and drunk here.
Currently sourcing from Chikmagalur; one of the world's great but lesser-known coffee regions; grown by farmer Ashok Patre and roasted at Driftaway Coffee in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Single origin, single farmer, roasted right here in New York. Different than what you know, in the best way.
